FAQs

1. What is the MOQ?

Typically 300-500 units per model/colorway; if stock fabric is available, 100 units per model/colorway is acceptable.

2. Sample Charge

For standard styles, we charge double the quoted price per model. The sample fee will be discounted from your Bulk Goods order.
For custom styles, the sample fee is calculated based on your specific materials, pattern printing molds, etc.
All sample fees will be refunded to the client if the annual purchase amount exceeds $500,000.

3. What's the Sample & Bulk Orders Lead Time？

Samples: For standard models, the lead time is 7-14 days, depending on our factory's schedule. During peak seasons, it may take longer.
Bulk Orders: For most models, the lead time is 20-30 days after the Top of Production Sample is confirmed and the deposit is received, especially for new clients.

4. Shipping Method

For Samples: Through your international express account; or via our shipping agent, with the shipping fee to be paid in advance.
Bulk Goods: Default shipped by sea. If urgent, shipped by air. The actual method depends on the specific situation and our agreed-upon terms.

5. Payment Terms

New Clients: For the first 3 orders, we require a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
Long-term Clients: Net 30 days Credit Payment is available upon Bulk Goods leaving the factory.
